We Can Help Make That Great Day Better
Before your Big Day
We will assist you in scheduling and planning your services within our salon. Please let your stylist know if you will be wearing any headpieces and/or veil.
The Day of Your Wedding
Please arrive on time for your appointments, we allot up to one hour for each service
Shampoo your hair the day before, we do not recommend shampooing the day of
Please come with 100% DRY HAIR. There is an additional charge for blow drying prior to styling
Wear a shirt that is easily removed afterward, preferably a button down shirt
If Airbrush Makeup is being done please have your face clean and makeup free
You are welcome to bring food and beverages of your choosing your big day
Please encourage the Wedding Party to have ideas of what they would like done! Pictures are suggested and extremely helpful to obtain that final desired style
Deposit
Due at the time of the reservation finalization a deposit of 50% of all services for the total Wedding Party must be on file to hold the date and stylists for the event. We must have a credit card on file that will be current. Please check the expiration date and if you receive a new card for any reason please call us to update the card on file.
PAYMENT
Payments for services will be taken the day of your appointment after services. If one person is paying for everyone's services that day, please let us know.
Late Policy
Your appointments are scheduled at specific times; if a member of your Wedding Party is going to arrive late for their appointment we cannot guarantee a later time will be available. Anyone more than 10 minutes late will be considered canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours in advance. ANY cancellations made less than 72 hours will be charged to the card on file or the check held.
